Rapamune

Rapamune is a macrolide compound that is used to coat coronary stents, prevent organ transplant rejection, and treat a rare lung disease called lymphangioleiomyomatosis. It has immunosuppressant functions in humans and is especially useful in preventing the rejection of kidney transplants.
